RC Super Flat Base

Blade Base: RC Super Flat Base

Note: This part is not legal under World Beyblade Organisation rulings.

Weight: 37.7g

  • Remote Control Blade Base with a Flat tip.

  • Most aggressive of the RC Blade Bases, especially with the motor activated.

  • Tip is spring-mounted, which can wear eventually causing it to retract some. This also causes hopping at times.

  • Unlike other RC Blade Bases, the straight sides of the tip mean it does not skip the ridge as easily as other RC Blade Bases, which makes the part generally "too good" to be legal by preventing non-hyper aggressive Attack types from being reliable answers.

  • Middling LAD - not bad, but not great, making it vulnerable to Zombies it cannot KO, especially defensive combinations.

  • The Flat tip makes for effective Tornado Stalling and some minor offensive ability (though recoil control is poor), as well as making it much more stable than other RC Blade Bases.

  • Smooth sides make it very difficult for Driger V2 or other less aggressive Upper-Attack based combinations to KO

  • With a suitable AR it becomes quite potent at grinding, making it surprisingly effective against a range of defensive combinations, including Circle Survivor Defense which is generally too passive to KO it and cannot win by outspin, and most Driger V2 combinations which cannot land solid hits on the Blade Base, as well as conventional Compact customizations and Semi-Flat Base Stamina. It does struggle against Zombies and Defensive Zombie that it does not KO, however.

  • Useful Attack Rings are generally low-recoil ARs that are usually slightly too large and aggressive for Compact or Zombie Customizations which as a result help protrude slightly past the fake Weight Disk to reduce recoil, including Cross Horn, Panther Claw, Wing Upper, as well as Twin Horn (Hasbro) with Dragon Saucer SAR though the latter does struggle somewhat more to KO Survival Type opponents.

  • Uses a H150 or 1/3AAA, 1.2V Ni-MH battery rated for 110mAH, weighing 3.6-3.8g, with flat ends.
