Wing Cross

Attack Ring: Wing Cross

Weight: 3.1g (Mold 1) | 3.3g (Mold 2)

    • Right Spin only (which is unfortunate, as if it were Left Spin capable it would be the best Zombie AR in the game).

    • Small size, very close to Wide Defense/Wide Survivor in width, and relatively lightweight.

    • Excellently balanced and rather edge-distributed, thus excellent solo spin times (though not as much as Gyro Defense)

    • Some recoil problems unless covered by Wide Defense/Wide Survivor, and even then it remains an issue on lower bases or when tilting.

    • Two molds – the second is more reinforced to prevent breakage of the wing tips, which the first mold is very prone to.

    • Mold One performs slightly better in all applications, as it has lower recoil and slightly better weight distribution. However, it should not be used without a Weight Disk which protects the wing tips, as it is very fragile.

    • Mold Two is slightly heavier due to reinforcements, but performs marginally poorer due to the slightly worse weight distribution.

    • Best used with Wide Defense or Wide Survivor to reduce recoil/breakage.

    • Very good for Right Spin Stamina combos and Zombies, as well as Circle Survivor Defense combos utilising Wide Defense.

    • Can be used for compacts, being a more aggressive option than the mainstays, though Tiger Defenser and War Lion are generally superior choices as the minor bump to offense isn't worth the additional recoil (and Tiger Defenser is not much less effective offensively anyway), nonetheless Wing Cross is a competitive choice for this type, with the usual Mold 1 fragility caveats.
