Number of Rotations: 3.5 (if done optimally)
A wind-up spring based launcher. You put the Beyblade on the prongs, hold the trigger, wind it around a bunch, release the trigger and then press the trigger to start the Beyblade spinning. Then, you have to time the release of the trigger perfectly to stop the prongs and release the Beyblade. This is... much harder than it sounds. And what do you get from this? The second weakest launch in the game after its successor, the Bey Grip Shooter (and even then only if done perfectly).
Truly an abysmal launcher.
Re-released by Hasbro three years later as the Engine Gear Launcher, for no justifiable reason.
